He co-founded the company after being both a candidate and client in the recruitment market in Australia, with the goal of providing the industry with a recruitment service provider that is run and populated by industry specialists who are focused on providing tailored solutions for their customers as opposed to executing a pre-determined recruitment process. Having been a Procurement Director for one of the UK’s largest publically listed groups as well as being a Head of Procurement for one of Australia’s most recognised manufacturing companies, Gavin has first hand knowledge of the day to day challenges facing procurement and supply chain practitioners. In addition to front line management experience he has also been employed as an advisor on procurement activities to government bodies in both the UK and Australia and consulted for global companies, helping them manage recruitment, e-commerce and procurement re-engineering programmes. Gavin holds an MBA in Procurement & Strategic Management and has been a qualified member of CIPS for over ten years.
