Testing can be used to identify behaviour strengths and weaknesses, as well as interpersonal skills and behaviourial traits and motivations. These tests can be applied to current employees or used to vet potential new hires, either prior to interview or as part of a final screeing process we can also facilitate the testing of candidates remotely or on our premises for no additional cost.
