The Role

Our client is looking to identify an experienced S&OP Manager capable of delivering operational objectives through the effective implementation of a Best Practice S&OP process.

Position Duties

• The S&OP Consultant forms part of an executive team that will be driving the forecasting/planning capability while delivering tangible, real time data to the rest of the business
  
• Interfacing across Head Office and multiple manufacturing facilities
  
• Key business interface with major suppliers – understanding their drivers and creating appropriate relationships
  
• Key to the success of the operation will be improving the integrity of information available to the business and then driving the inventory accuracy and ultimately the cost to serve
  
• Your ability to influence others and maintain strong relationships with business partners (internal/external) will ensure that key performance is delivered in a timely and cost effective manner
  
• Effective and strong leadership – driving successful change across the business
  
• Challenging and questioning the established process and constantly seeking Best Practice outcomes
  

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience within a complex, manufacturing environment with high SKU range
• ERP implementation experience
• Proven leadership experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• A strong focus and demonstrable record of continuous improvement - from initiatives through to implementation
• Confident personal style
• Contract duration and remuneration is flexible dependant on the individual and ability to deliver outcomes
