Jigsaw Search’s client is a large Telecoms business with a large growing Property portfolio in Australia.
The Role
This role will provide administrative assistance in the execution of the construction of all Building Works/Facilities contracts and associated services including running any necessary tender exercises.
Position Duties
- Run all end to end tendering processes from spec receipt through to contract award including negotiations where necessary.
- Responsible for the preparation of tender packages for maintenance and repair project work based on specifications received.
- Distribute tender package to prospective bidders and evaluate the results, in conjunction with the selected management based on cost performance standards.
- Draft, update, and amend contract agreements.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of three years experience in contract administration/Procurement/Sourcing or related area with an emphasis in facilities management and maintenance services.
- Sound leadership and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of contract management and procurement processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities including financial knowledge.
- Passion for customer service and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Team player committed to working in a quality environment.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Access.

$70-100K per annum neg depending on experience |
