Methodology




Jigsaw Search’s methodology stems from the understanding that an organisation is simply a collection of physical and human assets consolidated under a brand and with the sole purpose of delivering profit to its shareholders.

The reality therefore is that because the people within organisations are constantly changing, strategies and processes within the organisation are continuously evolving as well.

Procurement & Supply Chain recruitment is our core business which means that the maintenance and expansion of our relationships is critical to our success. Our unique tools and techniques combined with our focus on delivery and our constant need to improve our offering, are the key components of our business.

Pro-active recruitment solutions are an inherent part of what we do. Our model is to combine the specific needs of the client with current market forces to create the delivery process, as opposed to having a pre-set process we would like to deliver at the cheapest possible cost.

We believe that unless solutions are individually tailored to the customer you are only ever supplying somebody else's solution.

With the vast majority of our time spent ensuring our market knowledge and due-diligence is current and live we are able to deliver appropriate solutions far quicker than anyone else in this sector of recruitment.
