Searches can be undertaken by Job Category, Job Title, Salary, Industry and Location as well as by your own Keyword Search. 

All options on the system have help options associated with them which are activated by hovering your mouse over the desired field.

Once you have input your specific search criteria the system will display all of the matching candidates, giving you the ability to either use the information for benchmarking purposes or go on to create your own 'Tier 1' candidate shortlist. 

Within only a couple of minutes you will have a very real overview of the level of 'Tier 1' talent currently working in the industry in the fields you specified and having selected your own shortlist you can proceed to the checkout, where the 15% (+GST) flat rate will be confirmed.
