Jigsaw’s Viewpoint

Jigsaw Search believes that Kraft Foods Inc offers a truly outstanding opportunity to Procurement professionals in Australia & New Zealand. The recently acquired Cadbury organisation offers terrific collaboration and efficiency opportunities which will support continued growth and brand consolidation. There is no better time to join the business and to create the story and take on the challenge to hit substantial synergy targets across all major spend categories.

Procurement at Kraft Foods is very much global with local accountabilities; a team of 17 covering strategic and tactical procurement across all spend. The function has a dual reporting line to a Regional Director of Procurement in Singapore and a local GM of Operations/Supply Chain.

The key behaviours which will enable Kraft Foods to deliver on their Procurement strategy are; drive, influencing, ability to deal with ambiguity and resilience. As a huge global player with new offices based out of Docklands and increased buying power, Jigsaw believe Kraft Foods will attract some of the strongest procurement professionals in the region.
