Jigsaw Search's client is a leading global consultancy that has demonstrated strong organic growth and is looking to further develop its Supply Chain practice.

Position Duties

• Project lead in assisting the development of client leads, winning business and delivering transformational change within client organisations
  
• Work with fellow executives to develop a pipeline of Asset and Maintenance Management opportunities with targeted clients
  
• Identify and assess client’s asset and maintenance management challenges
  
• Devising and implementing supply chain solutions to deliver best practise and value
  
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  
• Ensure customer / stakeholder satisfaction enabling the development of business across a wide range of industries
  
• Develop and transfer knowledge/skills to staff to optimise talent offering and flexibility around delivery to a range of clients.
  
• The ability to learn and grow, developing skills across the full spectrum of Asset Maintenance
  

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience as a strategic leader and manager
• Tertiary qualified, ideally in business, economics or operations
• Consulting experience within a recognised firm and proven experience in the industry
• Track record of delivering in complex Supply Chain & Procurement environments
• Ability to work nationally (Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide) and potentially within Asia-Pacific
• Experience in development of business case through diagnostic assessment and supporting value propositions
• Knowledge and application of Asset Reliability & Maintenance Management, Spare Parts Management, Service Parts Logistics, Warranty Management & Field Force Infrastructure, Design & Management
• Experience in a capital intensive environment – Defence, Public Service, Mining, Utilities, Transportation
• Familiarity with common Asset and Maintenance Management software tools
• Excellent stakeholder / change management and influencing skills
• Lead on data analysis and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues
